Maison Martin Margiela Artisanal Atelier Video Tour...

Maison Martin Margiela : Atelier Artisanal from Materialiste Paris on Vimeo.

Another behind the scenes look of the 20 years GENIUS of Maison Martin Margiela...It's a sad case that the man the myth ...has step down for good with no creative director to take his place, but the exception of his amazing team that always existed. I love his Artisanal pieces and concepts especially it's recycle nature of everyday things...like the bungee cords that I love to incorporate in shoots, which MMM takes it a trillion steps further than I ever could style them. Amazing video please enjoy the craftsmanship that is Maison Martin Margiela...

Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui...

Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui
We invited the CFDA International Award and the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award winners to lunch at Il Cantinori. Listen in as they trade trivia & talk about New York fashion and going out in the eighties.

This is a bit of Fashion History because you have two of New York's finest Designers discussing their loves, misses, and future aspirations also goals. They've both accomplish most of what they've set out to do, which both Designers embraced change as well as rolled with the times to only come out on top more forward and still cool...Thanks for being inspiration Anna and Marc.

Amerie ft. Fabolous "More Than Love" Video...

I'm from NYC...Brooklyn to be exact and I love when New York is represented in videos especially as the back drop. Amerie's love (song) stories always seems to take place in NYC (case in point "Why Don't We Fall In Love")in FortGreene Park, Brooklyn. And I appreciate her for that...Also Amerie's fashion style is so NYC meets Around The Way 125th and Amestradam meets Bed-Stuy Bk Girl meaning she reps that one young lady on your block or neighborhood that's pretty, which she always dresses to the nines. I knew a few... Way-lynn, Corrin, Janelle, Marisa, Stacy, Roxanne, Alvin's Sister(don't remember her name DAMN), Inga Marchand, Kimberly Jones, Kelis, Chloe Sevigny, and Mary Jane Blige lol...And F A B O L O U S is soooo Brooklyn sooo coordinated and matchy like dem Brooklyn homies nahmean COOGI DOWN TO THE SOCKS...uknowatimsayin we stay stylin. Point at hand so Ghetto So Fabolous ;/

Married To The Mob MTTB nice product placement...for the sneaky friends.

I reposted this song from someone who had a good ear, who knows good music and an awesome sense of style previous right here...

I haven't posted a $tack$&Bundle$ or Ring$&Thang$ for a while, but then I came across this, which is simply classic because of the two finger name ring, yet edgy with the leather studded bracelet...cool stuff.

My Favorite Question Models.com Asked Photographer Miguel Reveriego...

Miguel Reveriego's name is on everyone's lips. The Spanish photographer's sleek photographs, create a world of unparalleled glamour and his work can be seen in some of fashion's most innovative publications. Reveriego's distinctive style speaks for itself, but the story behind the scenes is just as interesting as the pictures themselves.

One Management's Christopher Michael, catches up with Miguel for an insightful discussion on creativity, collaboration and what it is like to enter the big leagues...

CM: It's said to be the secret of success, only by being different are we able to be indispensable. Camilla gives good advice! During a period that can only be explained as 'cross generational' both photographers and editors are having a chance to work with their heroes so to speak and the now iconic generations seem to be enjoying the dabbling into of the new community kids… Is there any particular editor or stylist that you would love to work with and have not just yet?

MR: There are a few of them, if I had to say just one, I would love to be on set with Grace Coddington. You know what I appreciate, I've worked with very few but very particular editors in my career. I chose to do it that way because I thought that it was very important rather than just doing fashion pictures, doing something that was more of a collaboration and working with people whose point of view I really respected, rather than just working with anyone. When you look at her work, you always see it goes beyond the dress, beyond the lip, it goes beyond everything, it is a "whole". Like the editors I'm working with now, they go beyond the outfit, they are actually interested in creating an image and they spend their days thinking about and working on it and they follow the process from beginning to end. Even when you finish on set they keep going with you and I think that is really great when you collaborate with people. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Grace yet but when you view her work it seems that this is the way she works as well, and it's amazing.
